The Skinny On Business Process Mapping
I’ve been curious lately about Business Process Mapping.
I’m thinking we can improve efficiency using business mapping methods.
So I’ve been reading up on Process Mapping Definition online. There’s a lot of good info out there, but it’s tough to know where to focus.
Normally I prefer a more flexible approach, but it’s clear we need more organization here.
