I have a colleague at office who thinks too highly of himself. He is an arrogant, proud and overconfident man who suffers from superiority complex. Since I had joined the company after him and am a few years junior to him, he always tries to dominate me and interferes in all my affairs. Whenever our boss gives me a work he makes it sure that a part of it is done by him so that he can show his superiority and experience over me. Though I hate his intrusion in my work, one thing that I cannot ignore is his Business Presentation Skill. He is an expert at making excellent presentations that can keep the audience glued to their seats throughout the presentation. While, I can boast of the fact that I am a better speaker and presenter, there is no denying the fact that he is much better than me in creating the presentation.
