It is difficult to lower triglycerides naturally
The great portion of fat taken as food is neutral fat (triglycerides). It is used as an energy source and an excessive thing is stored in liver or adipose tissue. It becomes a high price of past [ picking ], and liver disease and diabetes, such as lipid, non-fibrous carbohydrates, and alcohol.
