The trials and tribulations of an internet connection
Recently my internet connection went down when I was placing some orders online. This is very frustrating when this happens because it can often take time before the connection is restored. In this case it took over half an hour before I was able to get back on line. Often the internet service provider has to run some diagnostic tests to determine where the problem lies. If you are running a business this can be very frustrating and result in lost productivity.
