The Perks of Web Conferencing
Even with internet chatting, it can be very difficult at times to put ideas across. There are no facial expressions or body language to be seen that may serve to undercut or emphasize certain nuances in meaning. Phone conversations are not much better, though you can hear audio. Web conferencing is the next best thing to actual face to face communication. It can enable almost the entire range o human expression to be made known so communication is clear and effective.
