Correction of eyebrow laxity
Correction of eyebrow laxity can be accomplished with a coronal forehead lift either through a transverse midforehead incision, a hairline incision, or a post hairline incision, where a suprabrow incision can also be used. Commonly in these patients, they have to exert a lot of overaction of their forehead muscles in an attempt to lift their eyelids out of the way, and in these patients with functional problems, upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery can be performed and funded by private medical insurance schemes since it is deemed that their surgery is not purely for cosmetic improvement.
