Hot Windy Weather Worst For Pollen Allergies

Pollens and mold spores float in the air outdoors and cause many allergies. During the seasons when these things are peaking, those allergic to molds and pollens will notice increased congestion, runny nose, and itchy watery eyes. These are seasonal allergies meaning that they have peak times and times when they are dormant and not in the air enough to cause problems for those who suffer from allergies to them. Outdoor allergies are least affected on rainy, cloudy or windless days because pollen and mold spores are less likely to be traveling in the air on those days. Hot and windy days are the worst for allergy sufferers.
