Do the Twist
Among the excercises to eliminate love handles are ones known as twists. One of these is the torso twist – in which you place your feet at shoulder width, and slowly twist the torso back and forth by using your abdominal muscles and not your hips. Some people also look at exercise that strengthens your back. So in order to do that, they do leg flutters, which are accomplished by lying on the stomach, raising the head just slightly – and lifting your knees and feet, all while fluttering the legs back and forth. With these workout ideas, you can get a good head start on eliminating the belly fat.
